The Hikvision DS-3E0109P-E/M is an unmanaged Fast Ethernet PoE switch designed for CCTV and network infrastructure installations. The switch provides eight PoE-enabled 10/100 Mbps RJ45 ports and one additional uplink Ethernet port, allowing direct connection of IP cameras, wireless access points or other PoE-powered devices.
The device supports IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at PoE standards, delivering up to 30 W of power per port for compatible network devices. Intelligent PoE management monitors the total power consumption and automatically adjusts the power distribution when the system approaches its limit, helping protect the switch and connected equipment.
The switch supports long-range PoE transmission up to approximately 300 meters when extended transmission mode is enabled, making it suitable for large CCTV installations such as warehouses, perimeter surveillance and outdoor monitoring systems.
With a switching capacity of approximately 1.8 Gbps and store-and-forward switching architecture, the DS-3E0109P-E/M ensures stable network performance for surveillance traffic and other Ethernet communications.
The metal enclosure and fan-free design provide silent operation and reliable performance in environments such as CCTV control rooms, network cabinets, retail premises and industrial installations where compact PoE switching is required.
