The Hikvision DS-3E0510P-E is a Layer-2 unmanaged Gigabit PoE switch designed for surveillance and network infrastructure installations. It provides eight Gigabit PoE ports, enabling direct connection and power supply for IP cameras, wireless access points and other PoE-enabled network devices. The switch also includes one Gigabit RJ45 uplink port and one Gigabit SFP fiber port, allowing flexible connection to the main network backbone.
The device supports IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at PoE standards, delivering up to 30 W per port with a total PoE power budget of approximately 110 W. This allows multiple surveillance cameras to be powered directly through Ethernet cables, simplifying installation and reducing the need for separate power supplies.
The switch provides a 20 Gbps switching capacity and a packet forwarding rate of 14.88 Mpps, ensuring stable transmission of high-bandwidth video streams across the network. It also features a 4K MAC address table and store-and-forward switching architecture for reliable network performance in CCTV environments.
Built with a high-strength metal enclosure and fan-free design, the DS-3E0510P-E offers silent operation and durability suitable for network cabinets, CCTV control rooms and commercial installations. The device also includes 6 kV surge protection on PoE ports, helping protect connected cameras and network equipment from electrical surges.
With plug-and-play functionality and no configuration required, the switch can be deployed quickly in professional surveillance systems and small to medium IP camera networks.
