Features
The Hikvision DS-KD8003-IME1(B) is a modular IP video intercom main unit designed as the core component of Hikvision KD series intercom systems. It integrates a high-definition 2MP camera, audio communication interface, and RFID access control functionality into a single modular unit.
The built-in HD camera provides clear video capture for visitor identification, while integrated infrared illumination enables reliable performance in low-light and night-time conditions. The unit includes a microphone and speaker with echo cancellation and noise reduction, ensuring clear two-way audio communication between the door station and indoor monitors or mobile applications.
The integrated Mifare 13.56 MHz RFID card reader allows authorised users to unlock doors using contactless credentials. The device connects via TCP/IP Ethernet, allowing seamless integration with Hikvision indoor stations, mobile applications, and centralized access control systems.
The modular design allows installation within Hikvision flush or surface mount frames and supports expansion with additional modules such as keypads and display units. It is suitable for residential buildings, apartment complexes, office entrances, and commercial access control installations requiring reliable IP-based video intercom functionality.
